Letter from the Headmaster
It’s hard to believe that we have already completed our first three weeks of school! What a wonderful start to the year it has been. We are so thankful for the support of our families and are inspired daily by the enthusiasm and joy our students bring to the classroom.
As we settle into the rhythm of the school year, I’m reminded of a quote from Plato: “The object of education is to teach us to love what is beautiful.” At Heart of Ohio Classical Academy, this principle guides our work. Education is not only about assignments and lessons – it’s about helping students recognize and love what is good, true, and beautiful. Whether through literature, science, music, mathematics, or in the way they interact with one another, our goal is to nurture both the minds and hearts of our students.
Thank you for entrusting us with your children and for being such an important part of our school community. We look forward to the months ahead and all the growth and joy they will bring.
Mr. Robert Lanthorn
Headmaster
