What a whirlwind start to our week, with not one, but two snow days! I hope everyone had the opportunity to enjoy the extra time off.`
To kick off the week, we held a school-wide assembly to introduce the mascot of our school, and to present our Virtue Card competition to the students. Currently, students must earn 50 virtue cards to become a “Wise Owl,” and many students have set their sights on achieving over 200 virtue cards! We are thrilled to see students actively embracing the core values of our school:
- O Observe proper decorum
- W Work diligently in pursuit of excellence
- L Lead with moral character
- S Serve with noble purpose
We look forward to welcoming the parents of current students to our Communication Night on January 14th at 6:00 p.m, and prospective families on one of our many upcoming information nights. Please see our website for the schedule and to RSVP.

Congratulations to all of our incredible students at Heart of Ohio who received OWLS this week! A total of 183 OWLS were awarded to students for their outstanding effort, kindness, and perseverance. Keep up the great work, and keep soaring! 🌟🐦
